I called over a weekend and I had a response by Sunday evening. We were going on an extended overseas vacation so there was a need to have the dryer fixed immediately. He was able to do it within 48 hours and had it fixed in an hour. He did additional preventive maintenance work at my request. He was efficient and friendly.
